This thesis is about phonetic research of Hokkien dialect of Indonesian-Chinese in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. After leaving China so long and assimilated with the local people cause changes of hokkien dialect of Indonesian-Chinese in Yogyakarta in the way either pronunciation of consonants or vowels in Hokkien.93 years old respondent, named Chen Qiongniang is a member of Chinese Hokkien ancestry who living in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.After research can find similarities and differences between respondent Hokkien dialect pronounciation with original Hokkien language. Differences exists in consonants,vowels and tones. After research found there are 24 consonants are pronounced by the respondent, even though the original Hokkien language has only 17 consonants. There are about 76 types of original Hokkien vowels, but the respondent pronounced only 49 types.Yinsheng, Yangsheng, Shangsheng, Qusheng, Yinru and Yangru were the 6 types of tone found in respondent, but the original has 7 types tone.
