| In 2000,Heilongjiang provincial Party committee first presented the strategic objective of constucting the frontier cultural major province.In 2007,the tenth Party Congress of Heilongjiang Province reaffirmed this goal.In 2010, the action plan of promoting cultural development and prosperity stated that Heilongjiang Province should strive to achieve a categorical target to explore regional cultural resources and form a unique cultural area.Currently,the strategy of enriching the culture of Heilongjiang Province has made significant achievements, but compared with developed areas, there is still a wide gap.Cultural resource integration is the key to the development of cultural industry.Consequently, to analyse the environment with which cultural resource integration of Heilongjiang Province is confronting, to research the deficiency of existing modes of Heilongjiang’s cultural resource integration,and to explore the optimizational modes of cultural resource integration in Heilongjiang Province have important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, Heilongjiang’s cultural resource types are divided into three categories:Historical culture resource represented by Bohai culture, Jinyuan culture, Liuren culture, Red culture and Northeast culture, national culture resource represented by Hoche culture, Oroqen culture and Manchu culture, tourism cultural resource represented by ice and snow culture, landscape culture and ecological culture.Meanwhile, the article summarizes the Heilongjiang province’s current modes of cultural resource integration, including Tourism Circle mode, Museum mode, Chain mode, Cultural Industry Parks mode and Festive Event mode. On this basis, the author proposes the shortcomings of Heilongjiang Province’s existing cultural resource integration modes:Practice is devoid of theoretical guidance with less related research; The potential resources easily missed because of the deficiency of resource integration breadth;The effect of cultural resource integration is poor due to the lack of scientific feasibility.Secondly, the article draws knowledge maps with the use of software CitespaceIII and Ucinet6.0,and analyses the development process of research on cultural resource integration at home and abroad from the perspective of social network analysis, then refines the successful experience in cultural resource integration from home and abroad.The result showed that the countries whose related studies were very prevalent mainly included Britain, France, the United States, Japan and Korea. The creative talents of France, interesting cultural events held in France, America’s ability to absorb the outstanding cultural elements, the Japanese government’s support for cultural industries and Korea resource integration mode of “a multipurpose source†all have its own uniqueness.Domestic classic cases of cultural resource integration mainly include Zhejiang scientific inventory work, the elaborate design of Guilin’s tourist routes, the application of Shenzhen’s cultural attachment integration mode, and the ingenious production of Wenzhou’s filmography.Finally, the article absorbs domestic and international experience in cultural resource integration combined with the actual situation,and proposes the optimization modes of Heilongjiang Province’s cultural resource integration:film works integration mode,aggregation tandem integration mode, festive event integration mode,active inhalation integration mode, cultural attachment integration mode, and then provide assistance for Heilongjiang Province’s cultural resource integration by government support,training creative talent and scientific inventory work. |
