Study On The Integration And Utilization Of Basic Cultural Resources In Tianjin

In recent years,China’s public cultural service system to speed up the construction of public cultural facilities,network construction effect is obvious,grassroots public cultural facilities conditions have been greatly improved.However,with the new industrialization,informationization,urbanization and agricultural modernization process in China,the urban floating population has increased significantly,and the spiritual and cultural needs of the grassroots people have shown a multi-level and diversified characteristics.The existing grassroots cultural facilities and services have been unable to meet the actual needs of the broad masses of the people.Therefore,it is very important to promote the effective integration and co-ordination of public cultural resources at the grassroots level to solve the problem that the public cultural service can not meet the needs of the public culture.This paper explores the integration and utilization of the grassroots public cultural resources in Tianjin,including the integration and utilization of the grassroots public cultural facilities in Tianjin,the integration of the digital resources of the grassroots public culture in Tianjin,and the integration and utilization of the grassroots public cultural talents in Tianjin.By combing the stock situation of public cultural resources in the north of Tianjin and combining with the field investigation,it can be found that the lack of grassroots public cultural resources,the over-diversification of resources,the lack of structural waste and the lack of normality of management are caused by the low efficiency of grassroots public cultural resources,Grassroots public cultural facilities and services can not meet the grassroots needs of the masses of the crux of the masses.In this study,the idea of "co-construction and sharing" runs through the effective integration and utilization of grassroots public cultural resources,and attempts are made to put forward the idea of constructing three-dimensional grass-roots public cultural resources co-construction and sharing mechanism,namely,the integration of horizontal resources within the system,Integration and integration of internal and external resources within the system.And use SWOT-PEST analysis method to demonstrate the feasibility of constructing three-dimensional public cultural resources to build and share mechanism.On this basis,the paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures,that is to promote the construction of grassroots comprehensive cultural service center,effectively integrate the use of grassroots resources;promote public cultural digital information construction,build supply and demand docking platform;promote library,Public cultural resources to the grassroots level;standardize the system construction,speed up the development of grassroots comprehensive cultural service center service directory and norms;the introduction of social forces to participate in the realization of grassroots public cultural resources supply diversification;highlight the "residents demand-oriented" Innovation and flexible,humane service mechanism.
