| Objective: Students mobile phone excessive use problem is ubiquitous. All colleges and universities have not proposed the systems control measures yet. This paper from the perspective of technical interventions to intervene and analyze mobile phone dependence of college students, for college students rely on mobile phones to provide clinical experience psychological intervention.Methods: It used Meta-cognitive Intervention Technique which developed by Liaoning normal university professor Jin Hongyuan, to intervene six college students visitors of the phone dependency problems, use the Multi-baseline experimental design, in Leung’s the mobile phone addiction index scale and mobile phone usage scale checklist as a tool, the result will be measured before and after the intervention indicators to verify the validity of the results of the intervention by the change in the amount of data before and after the intervention.The results: the six students through the system of psychological intervention, the mobile phone addiction index scale test results shows that six students were judged as non-mobile phone dependence, total score decreased significantly more, multi-baseline chart shows that the students in terms of mobile phone dependence symptoms has decreased significantly, the use of time and frequency of use was significantly reduced, and in the 3 visit of 3 months without recurrence.Conclusion: The clinical psychological interventions prove that Meta-cognitive Intervention Techniques on college students’ mobile phone dependence intervention effect is remarkable. Through technological intervention can significantly reduce the dependence on the mobile phone students. While in the intervention process, students to learn and master the meta-cognitive knowledge, and gain the meta-cognition wisdom, less recurrence. |
