Research Of Group Sandplay To The Promotion Of Team Cohesion Of Colleague Student Cadres

Sandplay therapy is a psychological consultation technology, which is based on the theory of psychoanalysis. The sand box and toys are the principle medium of sandplay therapy. The visitors need to use imagery(active imagination) for creation and expression.Initially, this therapy was applied to child counseling. Today, it gradually extend to adults and group. Areas involved companie, school, family. In recent years, sandplay therapy has achieved good effect in autistim treatment, college students career counseling, interpersonal adjustment and so on. But it is still lacking in college student cadre’s team cohesion intervention. On the basis of student cadres characteristics, our experiment designed an Intervention program to probe the influence and effect on team coagulative power promotion.This study grants 99 copies of the questionnaire called Team Cohesion Scale to the 9student union cadres of a university in Dalian,which was edited by two of the lowest cohesion cadre team. The 99 copies of questionnaire was recycled, recovery rate was 100%.The two group are A academy and B academy. The first one is as the experimental group with a period of 8 weeks group sandplay intervention. Another one is as the control group, without any intervention. So as to validation the effect on team coagulative power promotion through group sandplay intervence, we test result before and after the intervention,evaluation of works, the feedback of the students and others.Research results show that:( 1) The experimental group posttest scores presented an extremely significant difference in the term of emotion cohesiveness, behavior cohesiveness, cognize cohesiveness and total team cohesiveness contrast with pretest scores. The control group posttest scores had no difference. Illustrated that group sandplay can effectively enhance the level of college student cadres group cohesion.(2)The experimental group posttest scores presented an extremely significant different with control group which has no intervention. It also show that group sandplay play an important role.in team cohesion improvement.(3)Group sandplay is an efficient means of intervention that in accord with college students trait. Especially for great leader’s creating, team spirit’s training and interpersonal skills’ promoting.
