Broche is a important form of the real estate advertising, is a bridge between buyers and developers, mainly introduces and publicity estate specific information, Its content is divided into hard and soft,hard to introduce: Building technique index,building location, surrounding environment, traffic conditions, house type introduction, and so on, soft to introduce:Inform building and promotion of culture,tspecific information, shape corporate brand building quality and propaganda,stimulate the desire to buy and promote housing sales at the same time. It can be in the form of a good display in front of buyers, but its contents got to be more reliable. But now many of the broche is well-presented but vacuous, all these are need our designer to rethink.Based on the combination of theory and practice, this article, combine with the specific example of broche nowadays, analysis the business sense of broche, cultural significance, brand meaning and the role of broche design, and point out the problems of the broche design. From the selection of book size, the use of paper, the design of the cover to analyze the appearance of the book, and analyze the format design from the graphics, text, color, visual symbol, compare with different type of broche. In the book building message at the same time, the book how to seize the buyers of the psychological, and spread the enterpr ise brand culture is a problem that needs our deep study.
