On the reflection of "Concept age" , culture has been over-used in current society. Especially in the field of art design, there are many examples on it when it meets unexplained problems. In real-estate exhibition design, designers like to use the concept of genius culture as not mass culture. In the consequence, the author thinks it will affect china's real-estate market and even the stability of society. Besides this problem, the design of exhibition and estate-sale services maybe seriously ill-considered. All of these problems need to be researched based on modern mass culture. the base point of article is: as a culture phenomenon ,city architecture and exhibition phenomenon who as its society commodity should be established on the "earth" . The author think "earth" is mass culture exactly.The article's construction concludes: present evaluation, finding-problems, theory analysis, and system analysis and example demonstration.The author hopes this article can give additional evidence for the development of china's exhibition design.
