Study On Effect Of Dual Opening Of China’s Cultural Industry On Industry Cluster

Currently, the development of cultural undertakings has become an important task of national development. Xi Jinping puts forward the target of culture development to construct a socialist cultural power, to promote the reform of the culture system, to promote the prosperity of cultural undertakings. And promoting culture industry rapidly developing is one of the important content. With the deepening reform of our country’s economy and expanding of all field’s opening, optimization of structure and makeing scientific and reasonable industry layout in a cooperation mechanism, is an important work. For the purpose of protecting our traditional culture, China’s cultural industry has low opening level. However, in recent years, the economic achievements attract worldwide attention under the opening up of China’s economic fields. And the issue about the cultural industry’s opening has gradually become an research hotspot. At present the research mainly focuses on the relationship between the opening and security or development of cultural industry. While the comprehensive study of opening and cluster or layout of cultural industry becomes a weak link.In this paper, opening is divided into international opening and interregional opening, based on the concept of our country’s specific conditions and introduction of the dual opening up proposed by Zhao Wei. And this paper use the model and framework analysis to summarize the effect of cultural industry opening on industry cluster, combined with the cultural industry of its own characteristics through teasing related economic theory. Then the result of empirical analysis, which is based on the analysis on the present situation of the dual opening and cluster of the cultural industry, about the effect of cultural industry on cluster is used to prove the conclusion.The study finds that the dual opening has positive effect on cultural industry cluster and the direction of agglomeration is depended on the cultural basis in an era. Generally, the cultural industry is flowed into the developed era from the undeveloped one and this phenomenon is obvious when the gap of the regional development is big. This conclusion is confirmed by the empirical test of China’s cultural industry.According to the research conclusion, during the development process of China’s cultural industry, dual opening should be expand through optimizing the structure to promote the segmentation and team play in China’s regional cultural industry. And the cultural industry chain should be strengthened to realize the coordinated development of regional culture and upgrade the level of industrial agglomeration.
