There are many talented people during the Ming-Qing period and He Yisun is one of them. His books, classics, history, contents throughout. He not only has a wealth of poetic theory, also a good achievement on poetry criticism. His criticism on "Book of Songs", "Songs of the South", "Poetry Nineteen" and some other poets reflects his thoughts and views on the history of Chinese poetry.This paper is divided into four main parts. The brief introduction is about the life and research status of He Yisun. The first part is the analysis of He Yisun’s criticism on the "Book of Songs", this part is the core of the whole article, in which He Yisun not only have the analysis of the "Book of Songs" in learning concepts, but also a detailed analysis of the characteristics of its literary exegesis. The second part is the analysis of He Yisun’s criticism on Songs of the South, this chapter is mainly based on a book called "Saofa", which discusses the literary classic status and influence of "Songs of the South ",reflecting his superior insight. The third part is the analysis of He Yisun’s criticism on "Poetry Nineteen", this chapter analyzes the perfection of "Poetry Nineteen" and the weakness of Lu Ji’s imitation work on "Poetry Nineteen", showing He Yisun’s recognition on "Poetry Nineteen" and objection on imitation work. The fourth part is He Yisun’s criticism on Tao Yuanming and Wang Wei and other classic poets; this part is the integral part of He Yisun’s poetry criticism, revealing the continuity of his performance.
