However, from the perspective of the urban city parks in nature, the purpose of development and utilization of parks is to improve the quality of the life, therefore, the main body of using city parks—recreation should be taken enough attention.The research set out from space research perspectives of phenome nology and environmental psychology. O n the basis of related research with place attachment at home and abroad for reference, combining with the actual situation of urban park and urban residents, the urban park recreation place attachment to explore research. O n the one hand, to a certain extent, It has enriched our country city park place attachment theory research content. On the other hand, It will help to guide and improve the urban park planning and management, It is important to theoretical and practical significance.This article selects Nanchang Ba Yi park as the research area, Shu-pei Tsai’s theory is the basis theory of place attachment, reference related research achievements of place attachment, designing survey questionnaire, through the principal component regression and variance analysis method to extract place attachment factors of the city park, and verify its social differences, finally concluded that place attachment constitute factors of a city park is destination attraction, emotional co ntent, destination familiarity, management environment, infrastructure, uniqueness, sense of trust, and the destination image, satisfaction and PO E of a city park have a significant positive correlation. So It can used to building up the concept model of p lace attachment. C ity park management department can use these research achievements to establish the relationship between recreational spots and recreation, it can also raise the degree of recreation attachment to recreational spots, furthermore improve t he evaluation of POE and recreation satisfaction of city park, and benefit to sustainable development and the construction of the city park.
