Thai learners make mistakes easily in the process of learning Chinese, because adverbial and complement in Chinese do not correspond exactly to bot ka-yaai gri-yaa in Thai language. This paper compare the correspondence between The predicate modifier in Thai language and adverbial and complement in Chinese,based on the interlanguage theory error analysis and comparative analysis.This pape collected summaries about the correspondence between the Thai predicate modifier and Chinese adverbial and complement,from the angle of thecharacteristics of the tructure and function of the correspondence between the Thai predicate modifier and Chinese adverbial and complement.Then analysed the cause of errors,combining the way of questionnaire survey.At last, I put forword to specific teaching strategies on the correspondence between the Thai predicate modifier and Chinese adverbial and complement.Research framework of this paper is divided into five parts:Chapter 1 introduces the research status, the meaning and purpose of the research, research content and research methods, innovations, theoretical basis.Chapter 2 collected summaries about the correspondence between the Thai predicate modifier and Chinese adverbial and complement to have a comprehensive understanding of it.Chapter 3 analysed the reasons of the errors Thai students made in the questionnaire survey.Chapter 4 put forword some targeted teaching strategies on the correspondence between the Thai predicate modifier and Chinese adverbial and complement on the basis of the analysis.Chapter 5 conclusion.
