The periodization of Longquan celadons is a highly important question in the study of Chinese ceramics. It also serves as the academic base for further research work. On the basis of former researches, this paper collects Longquan chronological celadons on a much broader scale of time and space. According to the product styles and making techniques, this paper provides a complete arrangement of Longquan chronological wares and challenges some agreed date at the same time, offering a new perspective to the periodization question. Besides, this paper tracks down the developing route of certain types of Longquan celadons as well as shed light on the reason that causes the change of product styles.
