| Languages are of the function of communication since its germination. With the development of the society, there being more communication among people and countries, it has been becoming common that factors of this language come into the world of that one. The phenomenon of loan of factors of languages between the two brotherly countries, China and Vietnam, is more likely to happen. Thousands of years ago, the coming of Chinese pronunciation, characters, and vocabulary to Vietnamese not only enriches Vietnamese itself, but also combines with Vietnamese, giving the birth of Sino-Vietnamese.After transliterating words of the New HSK Band Six, the author selected 3339 words corresponding to one or more Sino-Vietnamese as the object of this research, and then contrasted and sorted them out in terms of their structure types, pronunciations and semantic meanings by means of comparison, exemplification, analysis, and induction. There are 5 sections in this essay. The author introduced situation and approaches of this research in Section 1, and discussed the concept of Sino-Vietnamese and pronunciation of Sino-Vietnamese after the simple introduction of lingual communication between China and Vietnam during the period from Qin Dynasty to contemporary age. Section 3, Section 4 and Section 5 are the main parts of this essay. In Section 3, the author compared the structures of those 3339 words selected and their corresponding Sino-Vietnamese, and sorted them into 4 types. In Section 4, the author introduced the phonetic system of Chinese and that of Vietnamese, concluded rules of Sino-Vietnamese, and sorted them out again. Section 5 is the part of comparison of their ideational meaning and color meaning. According to the classification in Section 3, Section 4 and Section 5, the author put up with some suggestions about teaching Chinese vocabulary to Vietnamese students. The author heartedly hopes the essay will help Chinese vocabulary teaching. |
