Research On Four Books Reflexive Recorded By Li Yong

Four Books Reflexive Recorded is a representative work about explaining Four Books written by Li Yong.That is compiled in the Continuation Books of si-ku-quan-shu, the Series Books of si-ku-quan-shu. This paper mainly adopts the traditional philological research methods,analyzing its external version and inner thoughts,and then, through compared with the "Four Books Chapters Annotations" to affirm its status and contribution to the study of four books.The exordium is a discussion on the selected topic reason and research status, in addition explaining the writer’s main research methods, in order to clear significance of the topic.The text is divided into threes parts. The first part on the basis of being familiar with Li Yong’s life,starting from the external manifestations, author cards writing process and researches version circulated,to clarifying the relationships between Reflexive Recorded and Reflexive Continued Recorded; The second part author focuses on the Four Books Reflexive Recorded inner thoughts,discussing the former involves relatively small of Buddhist thought and thinking about Ming dynasty demise. The third part starting from the academic history,author takes Four Books Reflexive Recorded compared with Four Books Reflexive Recorded which is Four Books representative classic,to find similarities and differences of the two, and further to explain the reason.
