During the Emperor Huizong’s reign, it had never been short of treacherous count officials around him, but it came to an extreme in Xuan-he. Combined with his political incompetence, his literature and art hobby, it began to appear a group of people who knows what the Emperor Huizong want exactly at that time. For this reason, they get promotions and to be allowed to communicate with the Emperor Huizong about literature, they formed a literary group with the Emperor Huizong as the leader.The first chapter is the responsorial poems and Yingzhi poems. First we must start to discuss with the reason of this literature phenomenon,then we will find the perfomence of the responsorial poems and Yingzhi poems in Xuan-he. The Emperor Huizong became intoxicated by flourishing prosperity himself, establish rewards and punishment system, engage in buildings, and build college, and hoped the liegemen who write poems according to the emperor’s order give good response by the form of literature. Then we will discuss from the content and characteristics in great detail. It is mainly divided into four: Quyan, Xiangrui, festival, and Genyue.The second part is the Taoism and literature. In the northern Song Dynasty, Confucianism, Buddhism and Taosim gathered a trend. In this part we’ll try to understand the effect that the imperial power role in the development of Taoism. Then we will introduce the Taoism literature from its form,content, and so on. The main contents include the Emperor Huizong Tao words and Taoist Poetry. It will help us to analyze the artistic features and values.The third part is the calligraphy, painting art and literature. The Emperor Huizong had high ability in creation and appreciation of art, he create the “skinny body” has always been praised, and he developed imperial art academies, his flower and bird painting is also the first-class. In this part, we’ll research the poems for the paitings, and try to find the relationship of literature with Xuan-he shupu and Xuanhe huapu.
