The Research And Discussion Of Yang Huan’s Literature Works、Official Career And Relationship With Friends

Yang Huan is an important philosopher and litterateur between the Jin and Yuan dynasty. In his youth, he participated in imperial exemation for five times in Jin dynasty, and won the first prize in "Wu Xu Xuan Shi" in the Mongol Empire. Then Yang Huan served as a minister of Henan local Taxation Bureau, resigned and returned to home in his late years. During the life, his activities ranged from Changan in Shanxi province, Luoyang in Henan province to Dongping in Shandong province roughly. Whether teaching at home, or working at Taxation Bureau, Yang Huan had a close relationship with many literatus, the works of their contact were preserved in varies forms. While more than two hundred volumes anthology were lost severely, only remainded two volumes called "Huan Shan Yi Gao", the influence and achievement of Yang Huan are considerable in literary.Based on the research of Yang Huan’s woks, this article tried to study the spread of poetry version, official career and relationship with friends respectively. Then take an exemple of Yang Huan to analysis the mentality of literati and the trend of literary creations between the Jin and Yuan dynasty.The chapter one includes the time that Yang Huan was selected in imperial exemation ahd the spread of his works. The former aimed at the specific year of this examine. The latter studied the process of his losing works, from his death to the early time of Qing dynasty; then discussed some doubtful questions about his works, like "Shuo Jing Tai".The chapter two focused on Yang Huan’s relationship with friends. In order to meet the needs of research, based on the works of their contact, Yang Huan’s friends were divided into four districts roughly:there are 22 in Bianjin,12 in Luoyang, Henan province,18 in Dongping, Shandong province, and 18 in Changan and Huxian,all located in Shanxi province. Then in order to research the effect of their contact on Yang Huan’s official career, literature concept and mentality generally, they were divided into two parts as different status or hometown in every district.The chapter three discussed the relationship between Yang Huan and the literary circles in the Jin and Yuan dynasty. Taken Yuan Haowen and Yang Huan as examples, the first lesson paid attention to the mentality of individuals who began their official career in the new dynasty, and found the passion to Jin dynasty and the way to achieve their dreams introduced their choices. The second lesson talked about the cohesive effect of Yang Huan in the literary world of "Zong Han Fu Gu" in this period.Through the above exploration about Yang Huan, this article try to restore his identity of "master in literature "and "philosopher", which are helpful to the research of the mentality of literati and the trend of literary creation.
