Moreover, the high reference value of its profound cultural connotation,unique artistic charm and precise manufacture craft have influenced on modern animation.Chinese animation is based on traditional art at the beginning, and have a permanent relation with traditional art. It has experienced the infancy, developing and prosperity in nearly a century of development, and it is hailed as "Chinese School" since wining itself a place among the global animation based on its unique artistic style. However, Chinese animation has entered a bottleneck period where it is not close to tradition art any more.The purpose of this research is to make progress in animation creation according to the investigation of Ping Yang plank lunar new year’s painting, and the similarity between it and animation creation from literature review.Lastly, the creation of "Lucky God of Wealth" is based on the using of elements from Ping Yang plank lunar new year’s painting into creation of animation, and to explore a way that considering the characteristics of painting into account with creation of animation,and this research is very meaningful to the revival of Ping Yang painting and expansion of creative of Chinese animation.
