Symbolic Name Of Chinese Traditional Culture And Its Application In TCFL

Chinese names are closely linked with contemporary Chinese language and national integration.In today’s Chinese communication,we often use some representative names to simplify and symbolize the meaning we want to express.Nonnative speakers of Chinese, whether in the primary stage or in a senior stage, can not fully understand and accurately use the common Chinese usage without learning its meanings. Therefore, to explore the symbolic name and teach Chinese as a foreign language is of great significance.In the long history of Chinese language and Chinese traditional culture,the symbolic name,as a distinctive part, very special. The formation of the symbolic name and the characteristic of themselves is not only closely related to Chinese language, but also closely connected with the Chinese traditional culture. This article, from the perspective of lexicology, mainly focus on the study of symbolic names relying on the external Chinese textbook and Chinese traditional culture.In this paper,first of all, the author made a statement about the content of this research and analysis expect see big things. Finally, by looking for data of the symbolic names in textbooks and corpora, the author determined the scope of the symbolic name in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, and based on the related course explores the teaching method and means.Attaching importance to cultural teaching in teaching chinese as a foreign language, and combing language teaching withe culture teaching, can cultivate the student’s cross-culture awareness, and can improve students’ cross-cultural communication ability. In addition, integrated with cultural content, the teaching of language also plays a role of promoting and deepening the teaching itself.
