And resilience is the individual in the face of adversity naturally unfolded a self-preservation instinct and personality traits, choose its staff stress coping style has an important impact. It has some connection to deal with pressure,that selection pressure Coping staff can better reflect differences in the level of employees’ psychological resilience. In order to explore the new generation of employees’ psychological resilience, stress coping relationship with job satisfaction of all three.This study used questionnaires. According to the principle of convenience sampling, extraction of some enterprises in Hunan Province 400 new generation of employees(80/90) as test subjects. All the experimental data were measured with "Resilience Scale", "Easy Stress Coping Scale" and "Job Satisfaction Scale",then analyzed with SPSS17.0.The major findings were as follows:Today, the new generation of enterprise resilience level employees in good condition overall. But the new generation of employees, different degrees of resilience optimism significantly different dimensions. The more optimistic that higher education staff. Also, different salary employees and their self-resilience weak.Second, The total pressure of the new generation of employees ability to cope better. But different people work experience and salary, coping in negative coping is a difference. The longer and shorter length of service people are more likely to adopt negative coping way. Higher than the monthly salary of employees,lower salary employees easier way to take a negative response.Third, Members of the new generation of enterprise overall job satisfaction is relatively high. However, people of different ages their job satisfaction and extrinsic satisfaction differences. Specifically, the 80 employees of job satisfaction and extrinsic satisfaction significantly higher than 90. Also,Different salary employees, their job satisfaction were significantly different.Fourth,There are pairwise correlation between the new generation of employees resilience and stress coping and job satisfaction. Coping and resilience can be a significant predictor of job satisfaction.Fifth, In a positive response effect on job satisfaction in the process, resilience plays a mediating role fully. Also, Negative impact on job satisfaction coping process, resilience plays a partial mediator.This study has found stress coping style can inspired resilience and improved job satisfaction of the new generation of employees.To improve corporate job satisfaction, can be find their own potential and strength by training the new generation of employees, improve resilience and ability to cope, enhance social adaptability. |
