Decision-making is closely related to people. Mastering the laws of probability and making correct and effective decision will have great significance. Hence the researchers are constantly flocking to the study of decision-making. Based on the previous studies, the research explored the risk decision. There are three major aspects which influence the results in the risk decision-making process. They are the unique and stable individual personality traits, the individual emotional state as decision making and the specialty of decision scenarios( time pressure). They influence on risk decision making inside-out. However, it is unknown to us whether there is a link between the internal and external influence factor. The research introduces these three variables, using 2( emotional state: positive vs negative) *2( cognition needs: high vs low) *2( time pressure: yes vx no) between-subject design to probe into the influence on risk decision making by emotion, cognition needs and time pressure. The research shows:1. There is a significant interaction between recognition and time pressure. The examinees tend to be conservative under the time pressure. The individuals who has high cognitive needs tend to be conservative without time pressure. It shows that time pressure has more influences than recognition needs on decision-making in risk situation.2. Emotions and recognition needs interact significantly. Mood influence on Low cognitive needs of individuals more, and on the high cognitive needs of the individual is affected lesser, high cognitive needs tend to adopt a strategy that neither conservative nor adventure in risk decision.3.Emotional、cognitive needs and time pressure each three factors has a significant interaction. Under the condition of positive mood, When there is time pressure, need for low cognitive subjects’ score significantly lower than there is no time pressure conditions. For the participants who is a high cognitive needs, there is no significant difference on risk decision marking between time pressure and no time pressure.Under the condition of negative mood,For low cognitive need subjects, there is no differ significantly on risk decision marking between time pressure and no time pressure conditions. But for high cognitive need participants, When there is time pressure, need for low cognitive subjects’ score significantly lower than there is no time pressure conditions. This research will enrich and perfect the theories of decision areas. It will help people to make decision and to deal with the challenges in risk situation, which is of positive significance.
