In recent years,student curriculum is gradually standardized with the increasing number of foreign students. However,in the standardization of the course teaching,there are some deficiencies.Culture and language are inseparable,in other words,the Chinese culture are reflected during the whole course of learning Chinese language.In order to make students have better Chinese communicative competence,cultural courses must be paid attention to.Since Huxiang culture is a unique regional culture in Hunan,this paper set up Hunan investigation and Analysis on cognition of Huxiang culture by foreign students in Hunan.The analysis results showed that the surveyed students generally interested in Huxiang culture. Therefore,based on the current culture courses setting situation,the author come to a foreign language curriculum setting of Huxiang culture significance,and finally proposed the setting for the students specialized in Huxiang culture course.Based on following three aspect:Hunan literature,Hunan dialect,Hunan folk starting,the author analyses specific content of Huxiang culture course,and then set up three lesson plan:a "plan" patio spring- Changsha lesson plans,the Hunan people "tough" character of the Fang Yanjiao case,the culture of eating spicy food.The author hope these studies can provides certain reference value for the foreign students course setting in other place.
