| This paper intended to inquire that “Safari Fu before Tang Dynasty” of philology and literature on two sides. The first chapter researches contents and error about “Safari Fu before Tang Dynasty”. The author collected that there are 26 Safari Fu, including 8 complete contents and 16 incomplete contents. The second chapter is the research about two themes of Safari Fu. From the sight of study of Confucian classics, the theme classify of Safari often caused by misjudgment of its theme. The author takes the different perspective between the literature and the study of Confucian classify to Safari Fu into Safari Fu and Hunting ceremony Fu. Safari Fu came from travel events, hunting ceremony Fu came from the hunting events. When the writers chose the two main subject above, they always regarded the different functions of Safari Fu to make a choice. The writers choosing the political function of hunting ceremony Fu were to dispel social public opinion; and the others which choosing the entertainment function of Safari Fu were to pleasure emperor’s eyes and ears. The third chapter discoursed the two theme of writing tendency. To pursuit extremely good from the aesthetics by the writers, they described and virtual wrote the environment and object of description consciously. The purpose is to construct a framework of three-dimensional space of Safari activities, to be reproduced the Safari activities, which making the recipients immersive, and achieving to the aesthetic effect of the visual threshold. Pursuing the political demand of “concise and true” from the writers, they deliberately chose the hunting ceremony to be the creation of the subject matter, to declarative repair technique of figures of speech and debate narrative hunting ceremony, reduced the Fu articles’ elaborate space, and make the Fu articles lost their aesthetic characteristics. Thus let the Fu articles to be shown a strong realism. From these reasons, it has resulted the demise safari Fu’s expatiation. |
