Study Of Protection For The Integrity Of Intangible Cultural Heritage And Its Cultural Space Of North Of Shaanxi Province

Intangible cultural heritage is both the anchorage of the human spirit culture and an important part of social stability and economic development. Being located in the loess plateau hinterland, Northern Shaanxi with a long history has accumulated a wealth of intangible cultural heritage with the times changing. However, in recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization construction in Northern Shaanxi and the foreign cultural invasion, its cultural space has been seriously damaged, which hinders the inheritance and development of the intangible cultural heritage. At the same time, the protection forms from our country are rigid and lack of integrity, which make the intangible cultural heritage can’t be reasonably and effectively protected. So, overall protected mode is imminent for the reason that Northern Shaanxi completes the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage.Firstly, the living space forms and types of the intangible cultural heritage of North of Shaanxi Province were investigated. And then the symbiotic relationship between the material(such as the traditional villages, roads, courtyards, cave shapes) and non-material(the forms of folk culture and artistry) cultural heritages was thoroughly researched. The results shows that the cultural space is the material carrier of intangible cultural heritage and the intangible cultural heritage is the soul of cultural space, they complement each other. Meanwhile, suggestions, measures, principles and patterns of integral protection for intangible cultural heritage and its cultural space of North of Shaanxi province were proposed and argumented by a practical case. The internal relations among village space environment, waist drum production techniques, the paper-cut and folk painting were explored based on which, three protection ways, "tandem" and "collage" and "ecological museum", were put forward. At last, according to the village space structure and the distribution of intangible cultural heritage, a feasible planning scheme was designed, providing the theory basis for the integral protection for the intangible cultural heritage of Northern Shaanxi and having a certain amount of practical significance to the development of social culture.
