The Role Of Culture Innovation Industry In Economic Development Of Shaanxi Province

With the policy of Great Development to the West, the economy in Shaanxi province has some developed; however, compared with other developed provinces, there is still big distance. How to adjust the economy structure of Shaanxi province; how to find the new economic drive in short period, and how to make Shaanxi become the No. 1 in western of China, is a big topic.For the economic growth theory, there are three different attitudes.
