The Development Situation And Countermeasures Of Shaanxi Cultural Industry

Nowadays,the Cultural industry is increasingly becoming the important engine of economic development in a country.The maturity of the cultural industry development is an important index to measure the economic development stage of a country and an area. It is also the inevitable choice to solve the contradiction between the productivity and People’s increasing material and cultural needs after the productivity development to a certain stage. Our country’s cultural production started late and its development is relatively slow. Therefore,the Chinese government attaches great importance to the construction of cultural industry.The government not only adjust the industrial structure actively, but also introduced a variety of preferential policies to make our country’s cultural industry become the pillar industry of national economy.Shaanxi is a cultural resources province in China. Compared with the culture industry construction of other provinces and cities in our country, it has an unique advantage, and it is rich in history, culture, customs, customs and other resources.However, the construction and cultural industry of Shaanxi is not optimistic,the above resources did not fully into its position that match the cultural values.This is one of the important problems must face actively in shaanxi’s economic construction in the new period.Basing on the elaboration of the connotation of culture industry, characteristic,the thesis sorts out the formation and development of cultural industry theory,analyzes Shaanxi’s cultural resources, the development of main industry in cultural industry and its existing development mode and advantages.It revealed the issues that existence of Shaanxi cultural industry development from four aspects:the first is outdated ideas; the second is the management system is not perfect, the third is the investment and financing mechanism is not perfect, and the last is the loss of management talent.Then, by using the culture industry development of USA,Europe, Asia, combining the development present situation in Shanxi area,it proposed the countermeasure to promote the development of culture industry in Shaanxi.
