In recent years, many linguistis pay much attention on the Chinese adverb. After a long time of study, they have made great research achievements on the grammar studies and other aspects for Chinese adverbs. Adverbs, as a word class that the part of speech is stronger than its common characters, Different kinds of adverbs are different in forms, grammatical meaning, semantic orientation and pragmatic characteristics, and in all aspects, and it is quite complicated. This paper use a small class of adverbs-"always" class time-adverbs as the research object. The "always" class time-adverbs are both use in Chinese and Korean, this article compares them from the semantic, syntactic and pragmatic and other aspects, and studied the corresponding form of the "always" class time-adverbs between Chinese and Korean.This thesis consists of following aspects:The first chapter is introduction. It summarizes the meaning and purpose of the study and discusses on "always" class time adverbs both in Chinese and Korean languages, and makes the research scope and object clear, narrates the research status quo and the sources of corpus, and defines the scope of the "alway" class time adverb between Chinese and Korean.The second chapter compares the "always" class time adverbs of Chinese and Korean from their semantic features. It comprehensive researched some languages and semantic in the dictionary, and analyzed the semantic characteristics of the "always" class time adverbs between two languages from comparing their similarities and differences.The third chapter is to compare "always" class time adverbs of two languages from their syntax. Studies "always" class time adverbs’ position distribution in sentences on the syntactic perspective. Compare Chinese’s and Korean’s always" class time adverbs from their verb collocations, and the co-occurrence with other adverbs, such as negation adverbs, degree adverbs, and modal adverbs.The fourth chapter is to compare them on the pragmatic functions. Comparing and analyzing "always" class time adverbs from the characteristics in the sentence distribution and use frequency.Finally is the conclusion, it summarizes the conclusions of this paper and points out the deficiency of this paper.
