The author analyzes contents and features of this text in depth first.In solving the difficulties in translation, the author explored translation strategies from aspectsof vocabularies, titles and sentences, including the translation of proper nouns by means ofusing established version, transliteration, supplementation, annotation and zero translation;the translation of titles by using literal and free translation strategies; and the translation oflong sentences by adopting synchronization, reversion, division and synthesis.The author finds that the selection of translation strategies is determined by the purposeof the target text and effective translation strategies can make the target text coherent and faithful and meet the demands of target readers.
