Abstract:Modern society has entered the technology era of rapidly developing economy. From the "global village" is the word we can see each other increasingly close international cooperation, personnel training in the country, foreign language education is essential. Therefore, the state’s language policy plays a very important role in its development, people are always very concerned about the problems resulting from the foreign language teaching. South Korea’s policy is being constantly revised in stages, and this raised a lot of questions. The "second language boom" particularly rapid development, of course, it also has a lot of shortcomings in teaching.
