| With Social Support Revalued Scale(SSRS), Self Consistency and Congruence Sca|e(SCCS), Drug Abuse Motivation Scale(DAMS) as research tools, this thesis tests131male drug abusers and correspondingly analyzes the basic situation of social support, self-consistency and congruence, motivations to drug with SPSS20.0, deeply discusses the relationships among above three factors, elaborately completes the theory about addiction to drugs, finally provides guidance to drug treatment.Main conclusions:(1) The scores for men’s motivations to drug respectively on six dimensions from high to low:high sensation seeking, physical symptoms, negative emotions, social stress, environment triggers, values.(2) As regards age, there is no significant difference among male drug abusers’ motivations. By contrast, the higher degree of education, the lower scores for motivations.(3) Scores on the self-consistency and congruence and all three dimensions are obviously lower than no-drug adult male’s, so is social support.(4) All the self-consistency and congruence and all three dimensions of male drug abusers have significant differences with norms’. Specifically, the differences between the self-consistency and congruence and self-experience are lower. So is self-stereotype. However, there is another story in regard to self-agility.(5) There is a significant difference in male drug abusers’ self-consistency and congruence with respect to the method of abstention. In regard to self-consistency and congruence and three dimensions, the levels of the volunteers are higher than of the non-volunteers’.There is no difference in self-consistency and congruence with respect to age.(6) There is negative correlation between the social support with three dimensions and motivations to drugs with two dimensions, high sensation seeking and physical symptoms.(7) There is obviously positive correlation between male drug abusers’ self-consistency and congruence and motivations to drug, indicating that the higher of the self-consistency and congruence, the less motivation they have.There are some correlations between incompatibility of self-experience, self-stereotype and motivations to drugs with their all dimensions.(8) All of the subjective support, self-stereotype, self-agility, and the incompatibilit y between subject and experience could corporately predict that the amount of variability,42.6%, standardized regression equation:0.402*self-stereotype+0.271*the incompatibility of subject and experience-0.328*subjective support-0.188*se lf-agility. |
