| This article in order to Vocational College students as the main object of study,based on the self consistency and congruence and the social support concept,the situation remarks of the measuring technique and the domestic research.I take 428 Vocational college students as samples,with the help of social support Scale after.an effect examination and Self Consistency and Congruence Scale.I analysis the main features of them and their relationship.The results of this study are the followings:1.Generally speaking, Vocational College Students receive support to parents.In different gender, urban-rural differences, the independent health and hygiene aspects of a non-exclusive there is no significant difference,Liberal arts students and science students in an objective support significant differences exist.Student in different grades of subjective support significant differences also exist.Freshman level of social support than students in other grades.2.Major, rural-urban difference, oonly child or non-only child,different grades will affect Vocational school students' self-harmony; Science students, rural students, only child and freshmen have good degree of self-consistency; on the other side, liberal arts students, urban students, non-only child, sophomore, junior students have relatively low levels of self-consistency, and Manifested in the self-stereotyping, self and experience of dis-harmony differences.3.There is a significant difference between vocational students and college student on self-harmony. Vocational students' self-harmony has a better performance than college students' on self-disharmony, experience-disharmony and self-dimension of agile. Besides, vocational students'self-rigid dimension is better than college students', too. 4. Vocational school students' social support and self harmony has a significant correlation, and social support has a certain predictive power to self-harmony. Especially, social support's utilization is the main factor affecting self-harmony. |
