In2010the national medium and long-term education reform and development planoutline, it is explicitly pointed that the preschool education should be developed actively, by2020, preschool education for one year should gain universal access, preschool education fortwo years should gain basic access, and preschool education for three years may be realizedin conditional region. For the implementation of the outline, the state council issued severalopinions about the current development of pre-school education in November2010. It putforward that the development of preschool education should be paid more attention to. Withthe rapid development of China’s preschool education career, there is an increasing demandfor preschool teachers, at the same time, the requirement for the quality of preschooleducation is becoming more and more high. In2001, the ministry of education promulgatedthe kindergarten education guidelines; the guidelines fully upgraded the comprehensivequality and the teaching ability of a preschool teacher. Dancing, as a form of art, is theindispensable important component in the kindergarten education, it is also the importantcontent and means to promote children’s all-round development of moral, intellectual,physical and aesthetic. As dance teachers in a preschool education professional in secondaryvocational schools, their task is to cultivate standard dance teacher to teach children. But nowbecause of the complex sources, limited knowledge level and the negative working state, thepresent situation of the dance teachers is not optimistic in the preschool educationprofessional in secondary vocational schools. It needs us to solve the problems in all kinds ofways, to enhance the level of professional quality of the dance teachers. High-qualitypreschool dance teacher should be cultivated to adapt to the preschool educationdevelopment.The thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is the Introduction. Including issues、literature review、research methods、the innovation points and the core definition.Part II: The professional quality of dance teachers in Secondary vocational preschooleducation. First, Outlines the connotation of teachers’ professional quality from educationprofessional spirit, professional knowledge, education, professional education from three aspects, and then analyzed the secondary vocational preschool education professional danceteacher in professional spirit, professional knowledge and professional ability of the specificcontent of professional quality.Part III: The present situation and cause analysis of the econdary vocational preschooleducation professional dance teacher professional quality. Through questionnaireinvestigation and interview method to47secondary vocational schools in hebei provincepre-school education professional dance teacher professional quality present situationinvestigation, the results found that the professional quality exist the following problems:separating the teaching content set and professional training objectives, teachers’ knowledgestructure system, teacher education teaching ability, scientific research and innovation. Afurther analysis of the cause of these problems, namely the secondary source of preschooleducation professional dance teacher complex as well as the teachers’ job burnout status quo.Part IV: Improving secondary vocational preschool education professional dance teacherprofessional quality strategy. From improving pre-service training specifications, strictentrance, strengthen the employment education, strengthening on-the-job training, attachesgreat importance to the teaching reflection and study, strengthen teachers’ cooperation fiveaspects put forward on improving the quality of the secondary vocational preschool educationprofessional dance teacher professional strategy.
