This study compiled Undergraduate Proactive Personality Scale and surveyed the current situation of undergraduate proactive personality and research on its relationship with the undergraduate general self-efficacy and school adjustment. The main conclusions are:(1) The Undergraduate Proactive Personality Scale consists of three factors, tenacity,transformative and conscientiousness, as a measurement tool, it has the high reliability and fair validity.(2) The undergraduate proactive personality is in the average level. Any difference in sex, grade and singleton or not, student cadre or not is not significant.(3) Undergraduate general self-efficacy is in the average level. School adjust ment is also in the average level, the dimension in addition to the degree of satisf action is lower than the average, other dimensions lie in high mediate level.(4) Correlation analysis among undergraduate proactive personality, general self-efficacy,school adjustment showed that: there are significant positive correlations among three scale scores and each dimension.(5)Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that: the three factors of proactive personality plays a significant role in predicting school adjustment, the total explanation is31.8%. General self-efficacy plays a significant role in predicting school adjustment, the total explanation is26.2%. Three factors of proactive personality plays a significant role in predicting general self-efficacy, the total explanation is35.1%.(6) In mediating effect test, general self-efficacy plays a partial intermediary role between undergraduate proactive personality and school adjustment.
