Broken down this book into five primary general ethical thinking group of characteristics:Ren-oriented, the basic concept of ethical management; justice of the emperor, the basic means of ethical management; ways of the commander, the ethical management of managers quality requirements; governance and legislation, organizational change ways of ethical management; preparing and training, organizational development ways of ethical management. Subsequently, subdivide the five into smaller unit qualities, by the line of "basic meaning-basic methods-result status". In each of the finer concepts to strengthen knowledge and understanding of the various qualities, simultaneously, this roughly sketched out the basic structure of each group-level characteristics.
