This year coincides with the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up,and in the course of long-term development of Chinese enterprises,many problems of ethics management inevitably arise.The research on enterprise ethics management is to put forward new requirements for enterprises as market players,and requires companies to cultivate management concepts with ethical values,standardize management systems with ethical norms,and take ethical advantages as competitive advantages to effectively promote the improvement of their own ethical management standards.In order to ensure the orderly conduct of social and economic activities.This paper is divided into four parts in the structure of the study of corporate ethics management.The first part is the introduction,which mainly discusses the reason and significance of the research on the enterprise ethics management,combs the research status at home and abroad,and puts forward the main content,writing method and innovation of the article.The second part discusses the interactive value of management and ethics.Management contains the ethical connotation and ethics has the management function.The two are interrelated,influencing and infiltrating each other.On this basis,the third part of this article is about the lack of corporate ethics management in our country.The current situation is summarized and researched,such as the loss of human-based ethics management,the omission of social ethics management and the lack of management of ecological ethics,and then analyzes the causes of this series of ethical management deficiencies.The fourth part is a combination of research conducted by enterprises in Jiangsu King’s Luck Brewery Joint-stock Company.The corresponding countermeasures are proposed from two aspects of the company’s exterior and the interior of the company,providing a theoretical reference for the construction and development of China’s corporate ethics management. |
