In2007, China National Microfilming Center for Library Resources published Bingbu Zoushu, which had been held in Chinese Rare Books Division of National Library of China and remained unknown to the scholar. The sources from this book cast new lights upon events of Sino-Mongol relations in1570and1571.First of all, this paper discusses the process of writing, and introduces the main content.ln the October of the fourth year of Long-qing, the grandson of Altan Qa y who was the leader of Mongolian which was in the south of desert Daicing ejei taiji surrendered to the Ming Dynasty suddenly, which lead to the relationship between the Ming Dynasty and Mongolian was deep in crisis. But,after the talks of two months, the Ming Dynasty and Mongolian came to an agreement. In the November, Mongolian delivered eight BanSheng Han people who included ZhaoQuan、Lizixin to he Ming Dynasty, the Ming Dynasty repatriated Daicing ejei taiji to Mongolian, the crisis was defused finally,"the Daicing ejei taiji Event "proved to be the turning point for the relation between Ming and Mongolia. In a few months later, Ming and Mongolia agreed to establish trade relation, which was called "1571Sino-Mongol Treaty", the relationship between the Ming Dynasty and Mongolia of the both shores of the Great Wall changed deeply in XuanDa and ShanXi through1570to1571,which had historical singifinance. In the process of resolvement of’the Daicing ejei taiji Event ",discussment of the tribute with Mongolian, investigation and inquisition to the BanSheng Han people, many officials including Wang Chonggu and Fang Fengshi refered a lot of memorials to court through Ministry of Army, which is the collection of memorials of the Ministry of Army. there are27piece of memorials to the throne which were writed by GuoOian、PanSheng、LiuZiqiang、 GuZhongxu and LiuYingji, they cited the reports of Wang Chonggu and FangFengshi. This thesis introduced the primary coverage simplely. It also brings the historical value and this paper corrects some problems of the preface and text.Such as that ZhengWeizhang looks up Mongolia as the Hans, and he looks up the relationship between Ming and Mongolia as the relationship between the Han people and the Hans.In addition, the reason that Daicing ejei taiji surrendered to Ming was interpreted as that Altan Qa y grabed the wife of Daicing ejei taiji by Zheng Weizhang.this opinion was denied by scholars and there was an error with the typeset. In the text, the writers studys "the Daicing ejei taiji Event "and "Sino-Mongol Treaty" through reading the Memorials of the Ministry of Army. This could recover the etailed process of the event, and this paper puts forward my own opinion.of some unanswered problems.Such as the specific time when taiji entered the border of Ming Dynasty and were repatriated to Mongolian. This article points out the specific time when taiji entered the border of Ming Dynasty is October17th in the fourth year of Long-qing,and the time when Daicing ejei taiji were repatriated to Mongolian is December21st in the fourth year of Long-qing In addition, how the leaders of the BanSheng Han People were repatriated^"the event that the son of Yuan Zongru was an hostage"、"Niuxiang and his son done business with Mongolia without permission " were writed down roughly. This paper rediscusses the procession on the basis of Memorials of the Ministry of Army.At last, in the third chapter, the writer discussed the establishment of " Sino-Mongol Treaty ", first of all,the author gave an outline of the tribes of East Mongolian, and by contrast with other historical data, Memorials of the Ministry of Army showed its rich content for readers. In addition, the author expanded the study scope of treaty, and investigated whether other tribes of Mongolia took part in the tribute. The conclusion is that all the tribes of East Mongolian have economic exchanges with Ming Dynasty directly or indirectly.
