Currently the party and the government is committed to construct a harmonious society, to build a beautiful China.Everyone in China has a dream of "beautiful China", vulnerable groups are no exception. Caring for vulnerable groups, improving the quality of their life has to be an important aspect of working in harmony and a symbol of social civilization.China has the largest deaf community in the world. These people have been long to live in a silent world and the most important method for them to communicate is sign language. Due to geographical and cultural differences, CSL has many dialects variation. The dialectic difference in CSL has been seriously affected the deaf in learning, living and communication. Standardizing sign language is an important part of Chinese language work. However, the sign language standardization outcome "Chinese Sign Language" are not turn out to be satisfactorily and many deaf require "Chinese sign language" to be revised with choosing more concise, fluent sign language movements. There is no final conclusion in already existed sign language studies about which kind of sign language movements can be considered as concise and fluent. Sign language is accompanied by the deaf life and sign language movements should make deaf people feel comfortable, effective and effortless. To respond to this, studying micro motion in CSL movements and comparing the movements which has the same meaning with different actions, selecting the ones which are more conformed to human factors and more economical is the main purpose of the study. The main research work:First is to gather material in Sign language movements research and collect the views of experts in sign language; Then use literature and logical analysis methods, based on biomechanics, human factors, motion study theories and sign language linguistics to explain movements in CSL. I note that the CSL movements refer to11basic movements in the system of MODPATS. I developed a algorithm to time the normal time of one CSL movement by using MODPATS. Referencing Ann,Jean’s theory of ease of articulation for handshapes, developed a formula supporting calculating ease scores of CSL movements which Ann,Jean’s algorithm not refer to and created a difficulty calculating system of CSL movements by combining with the economic principles and human exercise habits; In the next I collected sign language dialects movements in regions of Beijing, Shanghai, Shenyang, Dalian etc and compared them one by one. The computing systems of speed and difficulty can apply to any Chinese dialect sign language movements and have referential value in selecting and simplifying movements in CSL Normative work. Meanwhile, the biomechanical analysis of movement and motion economy analysis may help sign language users to save energy, relieve fatigue.
