The study includes two parts:Study one attempts to explore the relationship between the mindfulness and fatigue.189subjects were recruited, among which are100male,89female. The results showed that self-acceptance partially mediated mindfulness and fatigue.Studies two explored the affect that mindfulness train may have on fatigue.46subjects were recrutied, among which are25male,21female. Participants were divided into two groups randomly. They are intervention group and control group. All the participants complete Five Facet Mindfulness Questionaire (FFMQ) and Checklist Individual Strength Questionnaire (CIS) twice. The results show that relative to the control group, mindfulness (F=7.97, P<0.05), observed (F=3.98, P<0.05), description (F=4.60, P<0.05), no reaction (F=5.76, P<0.05) of subjects in the intervention group increase significantly. Fatigue of subjects in the intervention group don’t reduce significantly(F=2.62, P=0.11), subjective fatigue subscale marginally significant (F=3.67, P=0.06). Conclusions:1, Self-acceptance partially mediated mindfulness and fatigue.2, Mindfulness training significantly improved the level of mindfulness, show the tendency of reduction in the degree of fatigue of healthy person, subjective fatigue subscale marginally significant.
