Moral judgment ability is on the basis of the scientific and rational moralcognition, using moral knowledge to face the moral problem with moredialectical analysis. Make the skills of the right and wrong, good and evil ofjudgment and evaluation skills. It is based on scientific moral cognition, is thelogical starting point and premise of moral selection ability. Moral judgmentability can make people deal with daily complex social moral life. However,the traditional school education in our country to ignore people’s subjectivityand creativity, too to the norms of morality, limiting the educatee’s moraljudgment ability of the formation and development of lead to students is notactive but will only passively adapt to the environment, in the face of moralconflict is what to do. Therefore, the system analysis and discussion on moraljudgment ability, is the need of reality, also is inevitable to a big subject moraleducation theory research.Compassion, as a kind of moral emotion experience is consistent to theattention of the researchers, became the philosophy, ethics, psychology,pedagogy and sociology attention of the common. In psychology sympathy isconsidered to be the most core part of the children socially in development,are some other important prosocial behavior and the foundation for thedevelopment of the social quality. In the field of moral education, the study ofcompassion has become a common thread of the development of the moralemotion research, the influence of the moral emotion education theory andpractice, has a very important role in individual social development. In schoolmoral education, to cultivate the students’ ability of moral judgment has itsrealistic necessity, because the cultivation of moral judgment ability is theinevitable choice of multiple value in the face of society, is one of the maincontent of school moral education itself contains, also is the key to improveschool moral education effectively.This research mainly adopts the literature method, questionnaireinvestigation and theoretical analysis method and other research methods, the students’ ability in moral judgment, compassion and do some research training.First, in this paper, the moral judgment ability, empathy and related conceptsto define, and finishing at home and abroad research situation about moraljudgment ability, compassion; Then combined with the existing researchresults analysis to discuss the research of the questionnaire data obtained;Finally in the school moral education to cultivate moral judgment ability toput forward some specific strategies. The conclusion of this study, the juniormiddle school students in the study of (a) the ability of moral judgment andcompassion as the growth of the grade a downward trend. In high school, theability of moral judgment on the rise, the development trend of compassion adownward trend. Higher scores highest moral judgment ability, empathyscored lowest. Indicates that the development of middle school students’ability of moral judgment and compassion is strongly influenced byenvironmental factors.(2) the moral judgment and sympathy in gender, therewas no significant difference between the han nationality factors on, showedthe national factors to primary and middle school students’ moral judgmentability and the development of compassion does not exist a significantabsence made.(3) in general middle school students’ ability of moraljudgment and compassion is a significant positive correlation.(4) years ofmiddle school students’ ability of moral judgment and compassiondevelopment characters can be cultivated.According to the results of this study, in the process of moral qualitycultivation, parents should be an example to the front of the children’slearning, school teachers must have knowledge of the relevant skills, attachesgreat importance to the critical period of development of students’ moralcharacter, gender, etc., through a variety of forms to strengthen cultivating themoral character of students, make students moral quality in family, school,social force in the right direction under the action of get distillation.
