A Study On Relations Of Middle School Students' Personality Traits, Family Environment And Moral Judgment Competence

In this study, moral judgment competence and relevant individual variable(personality traits),and social environment variable(family environment) were explored among middle school students. According to the factual problems faced to middle school students and the deficiency of past researches, this paper made an examination on 855 students from 6 middle school, using QZPS , FES-CV and Moral Judgment Competence Test of adolescent , in order to establish the relationship models among moral judgment competence, personality traits and family environment. We can find that: The factors which influenced moral judgment competence are "goodness", "people connection" , "existence attitude" personality dimentionalities, "autruism" , "trust and straight forwardness" , "feelings" , "tender-mindedness" , "assertiveness"little personality traits, "achievement orientation" , "intellectual-cultural orientation", "active-recreational orientation", "control"family dimentionalities. Based on data analysis,the author discussed middle school students'personality traits, family environment actuality,developmental status of moral judgment competence, the relationship between personality traits and moral judgment competence, the relationship between family environment and moral judgment competence,the relationship among personality traits , family environment and moral judgment competence.The author aslo discussed the relevant reasons and results.
