Image art as a microcosm of the different periods of the human spirit cultureshows usunique and precious human visual information at different times. Through the phantom of the art of space and time to see the development ofimage art changes, we enjoy the differences from the visual image to the relation betweenman and the world. Human beings have developed the power of science and technology hasbeen adopted to meet the practical and utilitarian needs and to control the development ofhuman history. We need to keep thinking about the relationships of painting, photography andthe coming of the age of mechanical reproduction and their historical inevitability.Image art development and the future trend as a cultural microcosm of the human spiritare closely related to the dynamic change and tendency of the development of image art,dynamic image art to richer visual information of The Times.In the developmentof religion and mystery media serves as an agent or catalytic role.Chinese culture pays attention to the philosophy like long period ofdivision, together for along time to divide, and therefore the removal of the mystery of image information becameinevitable. Nowadays the types of research on the realm of pop culture focus the inspirationand promotion on modern painting, and on drawing back to the painting itself as well. Thisthesis based its research and comprehensive study on this point.In combination with anthropology, art, image science, philosophy and aesthetics theory,this thesis deals with western art history, western history of photography, China print, as wellas the Chinese contemporary art history. The research is divided into three levels in hopetodiscuss the image disenchantment and solve such problems as its positive impact onmodern art.First of all, painting as one record and the way of viewing the world vision, has beenaccompanied by the development of human and society.From this perspective, we can clearlyobserve and look at the painting art and artistic change in different stages. Secondly, photography as a change of art form in human history in1839, together withpainting, is known as the two ways of visual forms for recording the human activities. Withthe development of society and science technology, painting as the mainstream record formhas gradually faded, but photography is thriving, which lead to a new era of image form.Thedynamic image (TV, movies, Internet) as a product of the development of photography hasgradually become the dominant forms.Finally, the term “disenchantment”invented in his book "the disenchantment of theworld", is a language in line with the history of the change and development of the first twoand will also become the transformation of the important ways and means.
