The economic development in the remote minority areas, such as the three areas in south part ofXinjiang, plays an important role in the process of the leaping development of Xinxiang’s economic andsocial development and the full realization of a well-off society by the year of2020.In2007,the StateCouncil issued the "opinions on further promoting the development of economy and society in Xinjiang"to make clear that the State will further the poverty alleviation work,concentrate on improving theliving conditions and conditions for agricultural production of the herdsmen and farmers,actively solvethe problem of poverty in the minority areas and gradually narrow the development gap between thesouth and the north parts of Xinjiang. In this paper, AKeqi County is chosen as sample for investigationand poverty research to try to analyze the impact of Mandarin education on the poverty of the minoritypopulation and combine with questionnaires to make empirical analysis. Based on the establishment ofresearch model to make correlation analysis between the language level and income. Applying thestationary of time-series, unit root test, co-integration test and Granger causality test methods toanalyze the problem between Mandarin education of minority population in Akeqi County and poverty,which further inductive argument can be made based on the correlation between learning Mandarin(Chinese) or not and the occupation, between the working-age segment of the population can speakMandarin (Chinese) or not and the income, then come to an conclusion of the impact of Mandarineducation on poverty. At last, anti-poverty measures can be made to solve the problem.Conclusion can be me made that learning Chinese has positive correlation with the poverty level ofthe ethnic minority. The average time of Chinese education and per capita GDP are mutually reinforcingand a long-term dynamic equilibrium relationship is formed between them. Language education hasremarkable promotion on the income level of farmers and herdsmen. The universal implementation ofChinese language can provide more employment opportunities for the minority workers, can help themto obtain basic life support through language exchange and communication. At the same time, it is ofimportant practical importance and far-reaching theoretical significance to promote the minority laborskills and get rid of poverty. Based on the analysis of these factors to the effection to minoritypopulation in poverty, formulate anti-poverty measures, significance. It is of great significance toformulate anti-poverty measures based on the analysis of these factors which impact on the minoritypopulation in poverty.
