Ceramic is a great invention of china which composed important part of Chinese culture. It’s an outstanding representative of Chinese culture. Ming and Qing dynasty is the boom year in ceramic industry which has well-estabished, broad and profound ceramic culture. The development of ceramic industry must have a good relationship with government policy. The purpose of government policy is to restrict and regulate the people’s behavior in ceramic industry,to comply with specific requirements of rules. The purpose is to make the society in a good condition.The porcelain production system,transaction taxes system and foreign trade policy are introduced since the Ming dynasty established. With the enhancement of government policy management, the porcelain production system, transaction taxes system became a legal law. The Ming dynasty also complies with the aspiration of the people to change hereditary register system in Yuan dynasty.
