With the development of the career of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, the Chinese textbooks are becoming more and more diversified, meticulous and international. Textbook is undertaking the mission of developing Chinese language culture to the wide world. Therefore, the importance of textbook is obvious. However, the research of country specific textbook is still weak. Different countries’textbook has different characteristics, different people from different country have different needs, different countries’textbook has different outline arrangement, these questions are still leak of specialized research. Many overseas textbooks are only the translation version of the domestic textbook. A good overseas textbook should consider not only the local culture, history, religion, custom element, but also the fact and special needs of the local people. Focus on the overseas textbook research is with urgent, important and reality significance."Contemporary Chinese "in Portuguese version is written as an overseas Chinese textbook aiming for the Portuguese-speaking Chinese learners. But as a translated comprehensive textbook, the pertinence of book still has the space to be promoted. Only by written close to people’s thinking, habits, the cultural characteristics of Portuguese-speaking countries, the education system and social factors, as well as students of natural conditions, the Chinese book can be of great value to the local Brazilian learners. In this paper, combine with my overseas teaching practice in Confucius Institute of unesp, Sao Paulo, Brasil, my research is aim to to provide reference materials for the prepare of Brazilian specified Chinese textbook, as well as offer advice for teaching Chinese language in Brazil.
