“Jun ma prize in literature” is the national prize in literature for ethnic minorities in China. It’s established in 1981 and encouraged the ethnic minorities’ writers to write more great literatures. From the first to the 10 th sessions, there are 27 novels written by 21 Mongolian writers won the “Jun ma prize in literature”. This article has taken the 21 Mongolian writers and the 27 novels as the object to conclude and research for the Mongolian writers and their novels which has won the “Jun ma prize in literature”.This paper is comprised by five parts, which are introduction, main body(three chapters), conclusion and appendix.The introduction explains the reason to choose this topic, significance of the topic, related studies, study method and purpose of the study.Chapter one states the history, development, current situation, standards of the selection of the “Jun ma prize in literature” and gives the suggestion for the work in the future.Chapter two introduces the 21 Mongolian writers and their novels which won the “Jun ma prize in literature”, conclude the theme and analyzed the typical characters.Chapter three analyzed the artistic characteristic of the 27 novels from the characteristic of characters and structure, the ethnic characteristically expressions and the culture characteristically rhetoric skills.Last, praise the achievement of the 21 Mongolian writers and emphasize the important of write in two languages and translation.
