Judgment of learning is an important form of element memory monitor, which means after learning some knowledge or materials, individuals’ judgment and projections to their extent of learning and results of text. Judgment of learning impact individual’s learning effects and processes. Accurate judgment helps students know their learning outcomes, adjusting their learning method in time. Research on judgment of learning can also help teachers to guide the students to use different methods in learning and assessing the degree of learning, in order to make the teachers’ teaching and students’ learning to achieve the best result. Framing effect refers to the individuals will be affected language description of the alternative options in making some decisions and make different choices. Mostly previous studies about judgment of learning were completed under positive framework, and only select a certain kind of judgment to study. This study joins the negative framework on the basis of positive framework, comprehensive survey the influence of framing effect and material difficulty to two kind of judgment of learning’s —— immediate and delayed —— JOL value, memories results, absolute accuracy and relative accuracy.This study consists two experiments. Experiment I is to explore the influence of farming effect and material difficulty to the immediate judgment of learning. Experiment II is to explore the influence of farming effect and material difficulty to the delayed judgment of learning. The study selected 80 undergraduate students from Inner Mongolia Normal Univers ity as subjects, with 30 pairs of varying difficulty matching word for experimental materials. These two experiments were 2(Frame Type: positive frame, negative frame) × 2(learning materials difficulty: high difficulty, low difficulty) of two-factor mixed design, in which the frame type is variable between groups, the difficulty of learning materials is variable within the groups. Experiments I and II were investigated the effects of framing effect and material on the two different kinds judgments of learning.This study reached the following conclusions: 1. The material difficulty is significantly affect the JOL value, memories results, absolute accuracy of immediate and delayed judgments of learning, and display higher consistency on both kind of judgment of learning. But there are little difference of the impact that material difficulty to judgment of learning. 2. Framing effects have a significant impact on the immediate and delayed judgment of learning’s JOL value and absolute accuracy, but had the opposite effect in different learning judgment. 3. Material difficulty and framing effects in the immediate and delayed judgment of learning’s JOL value, delayed judgment of learning’s memories results, immediate judgment of learning’s absolute accuracy have interaction.4. In addition, the study also found delayed effects in different materials difficult and stable framework.
