Study On Anecdotes Anout Su Qin & Zhang Yi In Zhanguo Ce

The anecdotes of Su Qin recordedin Zhanguo Ce,Shi Ji and The Literature of the Warring States’ Strategists,constitute a multi-level, contradictory and disorderedanecdotes groups,which exist two diametrically opposite story system,called “king of Yan Wen- king of Qi Wei” and “king of Yan Zhao- king of Qi Min”.Those disorders and contrasts provide us with the clues the formation and evolution of the Anecdotes of Su Qin.That is to say, the main plot is the system of the “king of Yan Zhao- king of Qi Min”, which evolved into other versions.Shi Ji,especially the Biography of Zhang Yi,represents the basic type of anecdotes of Zhang Yi in Si Maqian’s time.The anecdote of Zhang Yi can be divided into three parts, which contains the formation of the horizontal alliance,putting upon Chu,the appointment of the prime minister of Qin and Wei.The third part formed much early,which is the closest to the true story of Zhang Yi. This part of scattered story,which not focus on Zhang Yi, is recorded in Zhanguo Ce over Shi Ji.The anecdotes of Zhang Yi,recorded in 21 chapters of Zhanguo Ce,are regarded as unreal or confused. However, the first two parts of the anecdotes,which recorded in the 21 chapters, are formed during a long and complicated process,when the anecdotes varied from true to fictitious,brief to imaginative.The anecdotes of Su Qin and Zhang Yi in their early years,which are recorded in Shi Ji,are mainly on the basis of Sucius and Zhangcius compiled by popular manuscript,which are not in accordance with the Zhanguo Ce.During the long period when it passed from generation to generation,the vertical or horizontal alliance tactic and the anecdotes of Gui Gu were selected separately from Sucius.Meanwhile, related contents of other books——especially the Zhangcius,were included in them.And finally,these contents were turned out to be the Gui Gucius recorded in The Record of Classical Document of The History of the Sui Dynasty.
