| As a positive psychological variables, the importance of psychological capital is self-evident, but the researchers also attached great importance to investment in research and development of psychological capital.In this article, the purpose of the research one and research two are through the exploration and design of psychological capital intervention groups, and through empirical intervention study, concerned about college students’ psychological capital.Hope through group intervention activities, the investigation based on PCIL theory foundation of the intervention effect of group counseling for college students’ psychological capital, and explore effective measures to improve the level of college students’ psychological capital, and improve the level of happiness and mental health of college students, to help broaden college students happiness and mental health education of new ideas.By using the method of documentary, we have consulted many relevant documents,books and thesis home and abroad on positive psychological capital, general well being and mental health and so on. Based on relevant studies, we design our group counseling schemes;then we adopt the method that different researchers carry on the same group intervention training strategy on different participants by combing research one with research two;Both research one and research two determine the final participants by the use of questionnaire and interview on those who volunteer to join the group counselling;during the implementation phase,we tested the experiment group and control group at different time. Finally on the basis of statistics and feedback observation,we evaluated the result of our group counselling from various different perspectives. Meanwhile,to better illustrate our group counselling result and eliminate the experimenter bias, we will also give a pre-post test and track test on two important result variable in psychological capital, that is mental health and general well being. Thus a more diversified psychological capital result can be achieved.The following conclusions are conducted from our research:(1)The psychological intervention activity can improved the college students’ psychological capital level significantly;(2)The enhanced psychological capital level can amplify individuals’happiness and improve their mental health;(3)Our group counselling strategy has validity and can be generalized. It can also offer some reference for the improvement of college students’psychological capital. |
