Consumption Ethics is the social moral principle and standard in the field of consumption. Consumption Ethics is based on good and evil as the standard to evaluate and regulate the relationship between consumers and value orientation. The behavior and quality should follow the ethical principles and the sum of ethics.Most of Previous studies are the textual research of the Mongolian consumption life’s basic situation, living custom culture phenomenon and consumption were described emphatically, which is extremely useful for this thesis. But the studies about consumption idea are supplementary, its consumption ethics remain to be further explored from the Angle of philosophy.Consumption, such as food and clothing live line daily life has often been described as surface phenomena of cultural tradition, however, specific perceptual life custom, reflects the deepest values and national consciousness of the cultural tradition, in the most ordinary, the most true form. In this paper, using the way of consumption, such as the ancient Mongolian clothing, food, housing, transportation spending patterns, to tap the concept of ethics, putting forward the ancient Mongolian life’s consumption contains the moral concept of the respect of nature, protect of the environment, treating livestock well.Nature is part of the ancient Mongolian survival, or even a part of life. Mongolian also takes bearing the ethical obligation for granted. Therefore, nature has always been an integral part of ancient Mongolian ethical care. Ancient Mongolian’s ideas, such as the treasure of grain, the fondness for simple and practical things and the protection of green environment have penetrated into their daily consumption’s life, and have formed the ethical and moral concept, which includes industrious and thrifty customs, respect for elders, protection of environment. And the ethical and moral concept also has ethnic and regional characteristic as well.Ancient Mongolian attitude toward nature is respect, kind, genuine, rather than utilitarian, which meets the ethics’ evaluative standards ecological consumption. This is undoubtedly a gale of fresh wind in today’s society, has high research value on solving the problem that human are facing.In order to make the analysis more persuasive, much Mongolian classical literature is cited in this paper. The writers also pay attention to the reference of historical and cultural value. The study of ancient Mongolian consumption ethics belongs to national ethics, through the research methods of combination of ethnology, economics and ethics. This is also the innovation of this paper.
