Low Carbon Consume is one kind of ways of consumption based on civilization, science and health. It is a moral expression when we consume, and it is a society behavior with moral principles. The economy in our country has made great progress after reform and opening up. The level of material and spiritual life has changed a lot as well as consumption level. But the environment and the resources get worse now. For example, carbon dioxide releases more and natural resource becomes less. Those problems not only threaten the human living condition, but also hold a block so that we can not develop our economic healthily, quickly and continuously. So we must strive to develop Low Carbon Consume and lead the low carbon technology application in consumption goods in order to drive the development of our economy. There is always a gap between ideal and reality. The current consume situation represents high consumption, high output and high waste. The consumerism value used to be popular in capitalist nation now replaces the original value in our country. This is opposite to general value of LCE. It may bring great problems if we lost the lead of consumptive thought. The author thinks that, firstly we should rebuild the moral consumptive value system to supply theoretical basic. Secondly we should complete laws and create systematically limitation for Low Carbon Consume. Finally, we should enhance the lead of media to construct better moral situation.
