In today’s world, with economic globalization going to greater depth, different nations in the world are increasingly connected with one another, and the interdependence among nations is also growing. In other word, a slight move in one part may affect the situation as a whole. After the reform and opening up policy, Chinese economic society continuous development, and the people’s living standard improve continually, China has become one of the BRICS countries. In this broad environment, China is no longer spared from the international society. China shall consider the situation and coordinate the domestic and foreign trend.Robert Shiller has mentioned in his book, Irrational Exuberance, that after the bursting of bubbles stock market in 2000, many investors has turned to housing market, it caused the U.S. and the whole world’s housing price went up. However, this boom was caused by irrational psychological factors and the boom implicated huge bubbles. It turns out in the following years, the housing price started to fall. Learn the authoritative experts’ predict and analysis in housing market trends. It gives us rational suggestions in invest, and avoid group psychology. During the course interpreting process, the interpreter takes diverse interpretation skills for other scholars to reference and satisfy the communication purpose.This report composed of three parts: introduction, main body and conclusion. Introduction mainly introduced the real estate finance both domestic and abroad and the significance of course interpretation. The second part is main body, it divided into four parts.Introduction briefly illustrated the background and the description of the content. Professor Shiller mainly introduced three parts in lesson 12. First, he talked about commercial real estate and the vehicles involves in. Second, he talked about mortgage. At last, he introduced the real estate boom and bubble. The second chapter is mainly devoted to the preparation of the interpreting. The interpreter analysis the characteristic of the practice and introduce the style of the speaker. The preparation tasks including preparation of glossaries, phrase and abbreviation. The third chapter introduced the mock interpreting process. The interpreter mainly uses three methods. One is completed translation the others are omission and note-taking. The fourth chapter talked about the reflection on the practice. The interpreter revised some problems during interpreting. And the significant for future study. The conclusion summarizes the whole thesis. The interpreter is playing an irreplaceable place in international communication. Besides, the interpreter has figure out some shortcomings to improve.
